Privacy
Last updated 20 August 2026
This notice covers playcaptainscall.com — this website, and nothing else. The game at app.playcaptainscall.com holds accounts, wallets and round history, and carries its own privacy notice. That one governs any of this.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-up form, no contact form, no newsletter box, no comment field and no login. There is nowhere on this site to type anything, so there is nothing for us to store.
Cookies and similar storage
This site sets no cookies. It uses one item of browser sessionStorage to
remember that you have already seen the opening animation, so it is not replayed on every
page. That value is the character 1, it never leaves your device, and closing
the tab discards it. See the cookie notice for the detail.
What our host can see
The site is served by Vercel Inc., which keeps standard server logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string — for a short period, for security and to keep the service running. That is a consequence of being on the internet rather than something this site chooses to gather. Vercel acts as our processor.
Where the links take you
Links to the game and to pyroplay.com carry campaign parameters in the URL — which section of this page you pressed, and, if you arrived from an advert or a post, what brought you here. It is written in the address bar where you can read it. It says nothing about who you are.
Fonts
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to
fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives your
IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set by it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data we hold about you. This site holds none, so in practice a request about this site will be answered by saying so. Requests about a game account should go to the game.
